Building Surveyor

Our client is a well-established and highly respected construction and property consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. They deliver a wide range of professional surveying services across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments and are continuing to grow their regional team in Gloucestershire.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join the team based in Gloucester. The role will suit a proactive surveyor looking to work on a varied portfolio of projects while developing their career within a supportive and professional environment.

• Delivering a range of building surveying services including condition surveys, defect analysis, and dilapidations

• Contract administration and project management duties from inception through to completion

• Preparation of specifications, schedules of work, and technical reports

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

• Managing works on site, ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline

• MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred but not essential)

• Proven experience in a consultancy or client-side role

• Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Salary up to 55,000, depending on experience
