Job Description

This is a hands-on role combining general multi-trade maintenance with kitchen and bathroom installation works. You will be responsible for full and partial refurbishments as well as reactive maintenance across residential properties. While the role is field-based in South West London, you will be supported by our North London office and operations team.

Kitchen & Bathroom Works

  • Install and refurbish kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish
  • Remove existing units, sanitaryware, and fittings
  • Fit kitchen units, worktops, appliances, and accessories
  • Install baths, showers, toilets, basins, and vanity units
  • Carry out tiling (walls and floors) to a high standard
  • Basic plumbing connections and alterations
  • Minor carpentry and making good

Multi-Trade Maintenance

  • General carpentry (doors, locks, kitchens, skirting, flooring)
  • Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets, sinks)
  • Patch plastering and making good
  • Painting and decorating
  • Minor tiling repairs

General Duties

  • Complete reactive maintenance and planned refurbishment works
  • Diagnose issues and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Work professionally in occupied properties
  • Complete job reports, photographs, and updates via mobile device
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, housing officers, and site managers
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times

About You

You will be an experienced Multi-Trader with proven kitchen and bathroom fitting experience, able to work independently and deliver high-quality finishes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Trader and/or Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter
  • Strong experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms end-to-end
  • Good carpentry and basic plumbing skills
  • Ability to tile to a good standard
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job updates
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • NVQ / City & Guilds in Carpentry, Plumbing, or a related trade
  • CSCS Card (or equivalent)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Manual Handling & Working at Height
