Intermediate Estimator CAT A & CAT B Fit Out / Refurbishment

Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £40,000 £55,000 + Package
Sector: Fit Out & Refurbishment

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Estimator with proven CAT A & CAT B commercial fit out and refurbishment experience to join a well-established and growing contractor based around the Liverpool Street area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator looking to step up, gain exposure to high-quality commercial projects, and progress their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.


The Role

• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for CAT A & CAT B fit out and refurbishment projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Producing take-offs and cost plans
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
• Supporting senior estimators through the full tender process
• Assisting with value engineering and cost analysis
• Working closely with project and commercial teams

About You

• 2-3 years experience as an Estimator within commercial fit out/refurbishment
• Working knowledge of CAT A & CAT B projects or Main Contracting.
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials
• Confident with take-offs and pricing
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team and manage deadlines
