Key responsibilities include: Financial management and valuation of highways projects Monthly cost-value reconciliation and reporting Supporting site and office teams on contract and commercial matters Attending client meetings and site visits to provide hands-on support Driving continuous improvement and implementing ideas that enhance performance. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will bring: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the highways and/or local authority sectors Sound understanding of cost-value reporting and project financials Working knowledge of NEC form of contract, ideally NEC4 (Options B and C) Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams Full UK driving licence.
