CNC Millers & CNC Turners - Permanent Nights
Salary: £35,000 - £40,500Shift: Permanent Nights Monday-Thursday 19:45-06:00
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for skilled CNC Millers and CNC Turners to join their night shift team. These are permanent roles offering excellent earning potential and a stable Monday-Thursday night pattern.
The RoleWorking within a modern machining environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances. The positions are hands-on and suited to experienced CNC professionals who are comfortable working independently on nights.
Key Responsibilities

Set, operate and adjust CNC milling or turning machines

Read and interpret engineering drawings

Carry out tool changes and offsets

Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Work to production targets and quality standards
Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Turner

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Experience with tight tolerances and quality inspection

Night shift experience advantageous but not essential
