This is a vital role responsible for protecting our senior leadership, high profile employees, and corporate offices, while shaping and delivering robust security strategies across the business.If you're a security professional with strong operational experience, excellent stakeholder skills and a passion for risk mitigation, we'd love to hear from you. What you will be responsible for: Providing expert security advice to senior leadership, including risks associated with travel, events and public engagements. Liaising with third party security providers and law enforcement partners to ensure effective protective measures are in place. Developing, reviewing and updating corporate emergency response plans and security procedures. Managing external security supplier contracts and monitoring performance using KPIs. Conducting regular security assessments, audits and vulnerability reviews. Investigating security breaches and implementing corrective actions. Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Educating employees on security awareness and best practices. Participating in the Protective Security Team on call rota when required. What you'll bring to the role: 5+ years in security management, law enforcement or armed forces. Strong understanding of security principles, risk assessment and investigations. Experience working across multiple stakeholders and within complex organisations. Experience collaborating with police or security agencies. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
