Graduate Researcher - Board Advisory & Executive Search (FTSE 100 Clients)
£33,000 base £55,000 Year 1 OTE Central London
We're working with a top-tier board advisory and executive search firm that positions itself as a management consultancy and works exclusively with FTSE 100 companies. They operate at the very top of the market, competing with the SHREK firms, and advise some of the most senior leaders globally across multiple industries.
Due to growth, they're now looking to hire a Graduate / Junior Researcher to join their high-performing team.
This is a proper training role where you'll learn how elite executive search and board advisory really works. You'll be taught how to market-map industries, build candidate maps, produce high-level market insight papers, and engage with C-suite level clients and candidates internationally.
You'll also complete professional qualifications as part of the role (including Investor Relations), with structured development, 6-monthly salary reviews, and bi-yearly bonuses.
The Role:
- Market mapping and candidate mapping across global markets
- Producing and publishing industry and board-level research papers
- Engaging senior-level candidates and FTSE 100 clients
- Supporting high-profile board and leadership search mandates
- Working across multiple industries on international assignments
What they're looking for:
- 2:1 or 1st from a Russell Group university
- Professional work experience or a strong internship
- Intelligent, commercially aware, and genuinely switched on
- Confident communicator with ambition to work at the top end of the market
Package & Progression:
- Base salary: £33,000
- Average Year 1 earnings: £55,000
- Salary reviews every 6 months
- Bi-yearly bonuses
