• Sourcing and engaging specialist data and analytics professionals
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement
• Preparing candidates for interviews and managing offer negotiations
• Developing deep market expertise within your niche

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Organised, proactive, and resilient
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Sales or commercial experience beneficial
• Motivated by progression and financial reward
