Salary: £28,000 - £43,000 PA

Leader Group is proud to be partnering with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate Teachers and Support Staff. We currently have an outstanding opportunity available for a qualified English Teacher in Bromsgrove.

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a specialist team supporting students with complex educational needs, including social, emotional and mental health challenges, communication difficulties, autism and trauma-related behaviours.

We re seeking a passionate Maths Teacher who can inspire and motivate students through engaging lessons that build teamwork, confidence, and resilience in young people who have experienced barriers in mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and teach lessons for English at KS3, to KS5, working with small groups and individual students.
  • Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports
  • Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn
  • Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress
