Location: Telford with 2 days/week in office

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer (React) to join the team within the Tax Administration function. This role will focus on building and enhancing modern, user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript and React, working closely with a dedicated UI/UX Design Lead.

The successful candidate will be an experienced developer with a strong understanding of Front End best practices and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and React
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Design Lead to translate designs into high-quality Front End solutions
• Ensure consistent, reusable, and maintainable Front End components
• Participate in improving Front End standards and development practices within the team
• Support ongoing enhancements and changes within the CORE Mod. platform

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React/ReactJS
• Proven experience working alongside UI/UX designers
• Ability to develop clean, efficient, and scalable Front End code
• Experience working as part of a collaborative development team
