Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent, Demi Chef de Partie for an established restaurant based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire The ideal candidate would come from a Rosette or Michelin star setting This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and Mornings The role is paying 28000pa + Service Charge (up to 3000 per year) No Monday working as restaurant is closed Sunday lunchtime working only Allocated one extra evening off per week. Split Shifts required between shifts/working straight through Car parking on site Live in options available for a small fee Overall Objective: To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef. As Demi Chef de Partie you will have a variety of responsibilities including: Assisting in the food preparation process Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes Preparing vegetables, meats and fish Assisting other Chefs Helping with deliveries and restocking Assisting with stock rotation/Cleaning stations Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
