Our client is looking to recruit a strong customer service administrator on a temproary basis, would consider part time applications with suitable background and experience - to start asap.
- The role will involve contacting clients over the phone to carry out a customer satisfaction survey.
- Data inputting, updating client records
The successful candidate will require the following skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (oral and listening skills)
- Able to provide effective empathetic support to vulnerable clients (this could include age, emotional stress, financial strees and imfirmity)
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of providing advise provision to the public
