Interim Finance Manager £400-£450 per day 3 Months Part-time: 3 days (On-Site)

We're supporting a £50m turnover business with strong commercial performance but a finance setup that needs tightening up. With the current finance lead exiting and a longer-term solution already lined up, they need an interim finance manager to provide stability, structure, and momentum through a critical transition period.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, keeping the wheels turning while also improving how things are done.

Core BAU: Running day-to-day finance, month-end, reconciliations, cashflow, and maintaining control in a fast-moving environment.

Handover & Continuity: Taking a full handover, owning the role for a couple of months, then supporting a smooth transition back to the incoming finance manager.

Process Improvement: Lifting standards across reporting, controls, and spreadsheets - making finance clearer, cleaner, and more reliable.

Systems & Payroll: Working with Sage 50 and overseeing the outsourced payroll process to ensure accuracy and consistency.

What we're looking for

A strong all-round finance manager with experience running a small finance function end to end.

Someone comfortable in an environment where processes aren't perfect and sleeves need rolling up.

Confident with spreadsheets and happy being hands-on rather than strategic-only.

Reliable, proactive, and able to add value quickly with minimal hand-holding.
