The roleYou'll support and deliver senior-level search assignments, working closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. The focus is on quality, credibility, and results rather than volume.
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching specialist markets and mapping senior talent
Headhunting and engaging high-calibre professionals
Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Managing interviews, feedback, and candidate preparation
Negotiating offers and closing executive-level placements
Working to revenue targets with uncapped commission

What's on offer
£30,000 base salary
Year 1 OTE: £30,000-£50,000
Year 2 OTE: £50,000-£80,000
Year 3 OTE: £80,000-£120,000+
