Luxury Packaging Account Manager North West

Up to £45k DOE

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Packaging Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of premium brand clients. Working directly for a manufacturer, you will act as the primary commercial and operational contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving profitable growth. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and the high service expectations associated with premium brands

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key client accounts within the luxury, premium, or high-end FMCG sectors (e.g. cosmetics, fragrance, spirits, confectionery).
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, owning relationships from initial brief through to production and delivery.
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal specifications, coordinating closely with estimating, design, production, and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within agreed commercial parameters.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value, upsell premium finishes, materials, or alternative manufacturing solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, pricing, margins, and forecasting to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage issue resolution professionally and efficiently, maintaining strong client confidence at all times.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits as required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, order, and account documentation.

What You ll Need

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager within luxury packaging, premium print, or high-end manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, finishes, and production processes (rigid boxes, cartons, foils, embossing, specialty substrates, etc.).
  • Experience working directly for a manufacturer rather than solely in agency or trade roles.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing pricing, margins, and account profitability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with senior brand stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems.
