Job Description
The Director of a MEP Quantity Surveying team in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join their award winning Business.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well known cost consultancy and a team of 15 MEP Quantity Surveyors who are working across the Residential and Commercial sectors, including BTR, Later Living, Office New build and Refurbishments and High End homes.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly carry out pre contract services including preparing riba stage 1 & 2 elemental cost plans and detailed measuring.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred. Minimum requirement: Quantity Surveying degree
- Must have PQS/Consultancy experience
- MEP background
- Strong pre contract knowledge
