Licensed Aircraft Engineers and mechanics required for busy corporate Jet MRO - on days or night shifts. All roles work on a 5 -5 - 4 - 4 shift on 12 hr shifts and require UK CAA licences and corporate Jet types or relevant experience for the mechs (e.g. Embraer, Bombardier). Across all roles, you will manage and certify aircraft maintenance inputs and projects for aircraft under the companies Part 145 control, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and in full compliance with company approvals and the MOE. You may also be customer-facing so maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service. Key Responsibilities (all roles) Manage day-to-day aircraft/base maintenance inputs and projects (scheduled and non-scheduled). Certify maintenance tasks in line with your current licence privileges, company approvals and the MOE. Lead and direct assigned engineers of various skills, ensuring financial, commercial and engineering targets are met. Communicate progress via daily reports and meetings; ensure robust shift handovers. Liaise with hangar management on progress, manpower, critical path and third-party requirements. Work closely with support services for spares procurement, shortage reports, repairs and technical information. Authorise repair requests and high-cost spares within delegated authority. Ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety, Quality and company procedures. Monitor the quality of scheduled and non-routine work cards to enable timely release to service. Continuously seek improvements to maximise productivity and minimise cost. Full job descriptions and package details available on application.
