We're looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and inspire a team of Nurse Managers across the UK. You'll ensure operational excellence, deliver key performance targets, and help shape the future of our Patient Solutions team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a regional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient programmes.
• Collaborate closely with our client to align service delivery with strategic goals.
• Drive performance, people development, and succession planning.
• Manage operational processes, compliance, and service quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on adding value and innovation.
• Contribute to the wider strategy alongside the Project Director.

About You:

• NMC-registered with an honours degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in nurse management.
• A background working with the NHS and/or in pharmaceutical-sponsored patient programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role with regular UK travel.
