Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level (GTM Technology)

Location: Epsom

Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission

OTE: £40k Year 1 £60k Year 2 £80k+ Year 3

You'll join as an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, learning the foundations of recruitment by sourcing and engaging candidates within the GTM market. As you develop, you'll move into a full 360 role, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Candidate sourcing and qualification
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Business development
• Negotiation and placement management
