Clinical Manager - Dental Practice (Melton Mowbray)

A well-established and friendly mixed dental practice in Melton Mowbray is looking to recruit a Clinical Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Head Dental Nurse or Assistant Practice Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a clinical management position.

Job Details:

• Position: Clinical Manager

• Location: Melton Mowbray

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Pay: 14 per hour

The practice is modern, busy, and patient-focused, with a supportive clinical team and a strong emphasis on high standards of care, compliance, and teamwork. The role offers the opportunity to be hands-on clinically while also leading and supporting the nursing team and overseeing day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting the dental nursing team

• Ensuring high standards of infection control and HTM 01-05 compliance

• Overseeing clinical governance and CQC standards

• Supporting rotas, training, and inductions

• Working closely with the practice management and clinicians

• Maintaining smooth clinical workflows and patient care standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Head Nurse or Assistant Practice Manager preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Confident with compliance, audits, and surgery management

• Motivated, organised, and keen to progress professionally
