Treatment Coordinator - Multi-Site Dental Practices

We are looking for a professional and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team, working across three established dental practices.

Job Details:

• Position: Treatment Coordinator

• Hours: 3 days per week

• Pay: 17- 18 per hour

• Locations:

  • E5

  • DA15

About the Role:
This role involves working across multiple sites, supporting clinicians and patients throughout the treatment journey. You will play a key role in case presentation, patient communication, and ensuring treatment plans are clearly understood and smoothly coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients

• Coordinating treatments across clinicians and sites

• Managing patient follow-ups and conversions

• Liaising closely with dentists and practice teams

• Supporting scheduling and workflow efficiency

• Maintaining accurate clinical and financial records

• Upholding high standards of professionalism and patient care

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator within dental practices

• Strong management and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with excellent patient-facing skills

• Ability to work independently across different locations

• Professional, reliable, and well-presented
