• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Source and headhunt candidates across professional services roles.
• Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate screening.
• Guide candidates through interviews and offer stages.
• Negotiate and close placements while achieving targets.

• Proven commercial experience (sales, account management, retail management, or client-facing roles).
• Confident, professional communicator.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ambitious, resilient, and target-driven.
• Degree (2:2 or above preferred) but not essential.
