HGV Workshop Controller

Our client is an HGV dealership with several depots across South of England. Currently they are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Controller / Automotive Workshop Controller in their Swindon depot.

The candidate must have:

Proven experience running commercial workshops.

Strong management and leadership skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines

Experience of working to KPI's, budgets and meeting targets

High levels of diligence and attention to detail

Automotive industry experience is essential

You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 6.00am to 4.00pm with hour unpaid lunch break.

Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon.

There is a requirement to work late on the last working day of the month to ensure all invoicing is complete and WIP is at correct level. Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business and team

Competitive Salary depending on experience and non-contractual KPI bonus after 3 months.
