The role is London-based with hybrid working and occasional travel to other offices with advance notice.Person SpecificationEssential Proven experience delivering IT training within a law firm (or legal professional services environment). Hands-on experience training and supporting iManage Work (preferably v10+), including best-practice use and user adoption. Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence training users at all levels; able to tailor content to different learning preferences and styles. Experience with business process modelling/use cases and translating workflows into practical training. Excellent organisation and time management; able to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines with a flexible, proactive approach. Collaborative communicator with a customer-focused mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Education: GCSEs (grades 9-4) or equivalent, including at least grade 6 in English and Maths.Nice to have Microsoft Office Certification (Associate / Specialist / Master). Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS). Ability to produce multimedia learning content using tools such as Camtasia or Create Studio (or similar).
