Finance Business Partner - Commercial Finance
Location: Hull (Hybrid working pattern)

The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide best-in-class FP&A support while partnering with commercial, operational, and technical teams. You will play a key role in investment planning, performance analysis, and driving financial discipline across growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial and rollout activities
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Analyse business performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Produce monthly management and performance reporting with clear insight for senior leadership
Key Responsibilities - Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and Delivery teams to drive financial accountability
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insight and recommendations
- Support pricing, product development, and customer growth initiatives
- Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders and promote a commercial mindset
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong background in FP&A and commercial finance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation
