Interim Finance Business Partner

HW Finance are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner based in Malton.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and take on a key business partnering role within a close-knit finance team. There is potential for the role to become permanent at the end of the contract as the business continues to expand.

Due to growth, this business is looking for an experienced finance professional who can go beyond the numbers and add real value through insight and collaboration. As an Accountant with a strong business partnering focus, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making and drive performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and challenge
• Supporting the end-to-end Management Accounting process
• Weekly cost control analysis and review, highlighting trends and opportunities
• Posting journals and maintaining accurate financial records
• Reconciling and analysing Balance Sheet accounts
• Assisting in the production of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, working closely with department heads
• Ensuring all deadlines are met and supporting an efficient period-end close process

Contract: 3-6 months with potential to extend

Rate: £250-£400 per day DOE
