Safety & Sustainability Manager - Hybrid (3 days in Peterborough Office)

This role is for a proactive and dedicated Safety, and Sustainability Manager to lead and improve the ESG and Health & Safety strategies for a lead manufacturer.

You will be a key player in building a culture of safety and sustainability across six business units, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a safe, ethical, and environmentally responsible operation.

The successful Safety and Sustainability Manager will have:

  • Exceptional leadership skills to build a proactive, high-performing safety and sustainability culture.

  • Extensive experience in ESG and/or HSE management, with a proven track record of implementing multi-site improvement programs, preferably in manufacturing.

  • A strong understanding of relevant ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).

  • The credibility to influence and guide operational teams and senior leadership.

  • Strong collaboration skills to engage with internal and external partners.
