The Opportunity - Group Reporting Manager This is a
newly created, high-impact role supporting two major divisions with combined revenues of
£500m-£750m. Acting as a "mini-FD" for these business areas, you'll have end-to-end responsibility across:
- Divisional reporting and performance insight
- Full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting
- Statutory compliance, controls, and audit liaison
- Supporting M&A activity (integration, due diligence, technical accounting)
- Business partnering with divisional MDs and operational leadership
- Driving improvements in reporting, controls, and financial governance
You'll be a key link between divisional finance and the Group CFO, ensuring high standards of technical reporting while maintaining strong commercial visibility.
Who This Role Suits This role is perfect for someone who is:
- Audit-trained (Big 4 or Top 10)
- Has industry experience, ideally in a group reporting, technical accounting, or controls environment
- Confident operating in a complex, multi-entity, fast-growth organisation
- Comfortable being hands-on while influencing senior stakeholders
- Interested in exposure to M&A, PE-level reporting, and board interaction
