We are currently recruiting an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team. This role involves handling incoming calls from customers, responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high standard of service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service or call centre experience
Strong communication and listening skills
