Finance Manager
We're working with a fast-growing consultancy looking for a Finance Manager. A perfect role for someone who wants meaningful ownership and impact in a business.
Combining hands-on financial control with strategic input, this is an influential role partnering with senior leadership during the company's rapid growth to establish a dynamic business plan and financial model.
The Role
- Improving and establishing financial systems and processes
- Build and own a financial model and business plan to support the business growth
- Overseeing accounting, reporting, compliance and controls
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, advising on financial decisions
- Analysis of P&L, cash flow, risk, projects and client profitability
- Supporting pricing, contracts, procurement and strategic projects
- Providing commercial insights to the leadership team
The Person
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Accountancy Practice and consultancy background is desirable
- Strong modelling and commercial skills
- Confident partnering with senior leadership
- Thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
