Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: Sandwich, Kent

NonStop's client, based in the South East, is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Director of Children's Service and be registered with Ofsted for the fostering service
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service including oversight of Team Managers, Social Workers, Support Workers, and admin staff.
• You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region and ensure therapeutic practices are in place

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Fostering experience
• Management experience , preferably a Registered Manager but will consider a strong Team Manager looking to step up
