Signage All Rounder Large Format / Exhibitions / Retail
Location: Golden Cross area, East Sussex
Salary: £30,000 £33,000 depending on experience
Type: Full time, permanent
I m working with a busy, modern large format and signage company who are looking to bring in a proper signage all rounder to join their production and install team.
They cover everything from exhibitions and retail fit outs to commercial graphics, illuminated signage and bespoke display work, all produced in-house so it s a great role if you like variety and getting involved in projects from start to finish.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you ll be involved in both production and installation, including:
- Producing and finishing large format graphics and signage in the workshop
- Running printers and finishing equipment
- Preparing graphics and materials ready for install
- Installing graphics, signage and displays on site (retail, exhibitions, commercial spaces)
- Working from install plans and alongside project teams
- Making sure everything is finished and fitted to a high standard
It s a fast-paced environment, so you ll need to be comfortable working to deadlines and taking pride in doing things properly.
What They re Looking For
They re after someone who already has experience in signage or large format, ideally with:
- Experience across production and installation
- Basic knowledge of large format printers, finishing equipment and materials
- Some experience using Adobe software and RIP software
- Confidence using tools and fitting graphics and signage on site
- A good eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel when installs require it
You don t need to be an expert in everything, but you do need to be someone who can muck in, learn quickly and get stuck into different parts of the job.
