Warehouse Operative

We are a leading main contractor specialising in fit-outs, refurbishments, deployments, and maintenance across the UK and ROI. We partner with many of the largest retailers in the UK and Ireland, focusing on delivering nationwide rollouts of the latest retail technology and complete store fit-outs we contribute to making shops smarter and improving shopping experiences through innovative products and services.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse operations. Reporting to the Deputy Warehouse Manager duties will include the following, however they are not exhaustive.

• Support the loading and unloading of vehicles
• Locating, organising, and preparing / picking scheduled jobs for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and yard
• Removing rubbish bins and filling skips
• Monitoring skip capacity and advising when exchanges are required
• Maintaining litter control in the car park
• Receiving, noting, and counting all deliveries
• Distributing deliveries to the correct departments or personnel
• Logging all deliveries
• Storing delivery notes for the admin department
• Liaising regularly with the Transport Manager
• General problem-solving as required
