Senior Pricing Analyst - Manchester

A leading Retail insurer is hiring a Senior Portfolio Pricing Analyst to strengthen its Pricing function in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering performance insights, forecasting and portfolio analysis to support commercial decision-making across multiple Retail lines.What you'll be doing

• Analysing portfolio performance and key drivers across products/channels
• Producing LR/COR forecasts, profit trajectories and budgeting insights
• Working with Pricing, Finance, Claims and Reserving teams to improve outcomes
• Providing actionable, data-led recommendations based on internal & external data

What we're looking for

• Experience in insurance pricing, portfolio, trading or actuarial analytics
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
• Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, EMBLEM, RADAR, Databricks (or similar)
• Understanding of Retail performance metrics (LR, COR, forecasts etc.)

• Hybrid: c.2-3 days per week in office
