Groundworker - Finishing aspects

DCS Recruitment are looking for a groundworker in Sandbach on behalf of a national sports court building contractor.

Works will be on a set of padel courts, so any experience in a sports and leisure build environment would be beneficial.

Must have experience with finishing groundworks and hard landscaping. Works will involve tarmacing, flagging, curbing, and edges. Must be competent using all relevant hand tools, power tools e.g. still saw, and machinery e.g. wacker plate.

Rate is depending on relevant experience and qualification.

Requirements:

• CSCS card required as minimum though NVQ, city & guilds, or other groundwork qualification e.g. blue carded skilled groundworks CSCS is beneficial
• References from previous work
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Forward tipping dumper, 360 excavator, and roller licence are all beneficial but not essential for this scope
