Finance Business Partner

We're working with a global organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner based in Leeds. This is a high-profile role partnering closely with senior operational leaders to shape strategy, enhance performance, and support ongoing growth.

This is a commercially focused role where you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and decision support to drive business performance across a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and influence key business decisions.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, ownership, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Producing clear, actionable performance analysis, translating financial data into meaningful insight for non-finance stakeholders.
• Supporting strategic initiatives, investment cases, and growth projects, assessing financial viability and return on investment.
• Driving improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Playing a key role in identifying risks, opportunities, and value-creation initiatives across the business.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

• Qualified or Finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Business partnering and stakeholder management experience.
• Commercially astute with the confidence to influence at senior level.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Demonstrable financial acumen and high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively.
