About the Role: As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Lead, you will be responsible for the oversight of the department responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs across EMEA for a global technology client. This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities. What You'll Do: Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal. Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
