Electrical Project Manager
London
£75,000 - £85,000 Basic + Travel Paid + Progression + Private Health Care + 25 days Annual Leave + Site Based + Pension + MORE!
A growing and well-established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver high-value commercial projects across central London.
This contractor has a strong reputation for retaining and valuing staff, with long-term secured work and a supportive management structure. The role is predominantly site-based, with minimal requirement to attend the office.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of large commercial electrical projects, working as part of a team of Project Managers and reporting into senior management. Projects are based in the heart of the City and are well resourced and professionally run.
Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover
Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors
Oversee procurement, programme management and commercial performance
Ensure quality standards and compliance are met at all times
Report progress and risks to senior management
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects
Experience delivering projects valued up to £30 million
Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Stable employment history preferred
