Role : Maintenance Engineer

Location: CoventrySalary: £50,000 per annumShift Pattern: Panama Shift Pattern

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:

• Conduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules
• Work closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimally

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
