We are recruiting for an experienced and polished Day Concierge to work at a modern residential development situated in the Kings Cross area. Previous residential concierge or hotel experience is required. Excellent customer service skills and experience is essential for this front of house role. Routine duties will include front of house reception duties and also computerised parcel administration and key management, providing a thorough Concierge service including regular email communication and face to face interaction, contractor access control, key and diary management and keeping reception tidy etc. All applicants must have a strong solid proven track record of working in a front of house customer service role and have good computer administration skills and experience. You must be able to produce excellent references. You must have an eye for detail, maintain good records of events whilst ensuring a first-class reception service.
