The CompanyA leading manufacturing business in Coventry is looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join their team. It's a hands-on position where you'll lead a small group of multi-skilled engineers, manage maintenance schedules, and keep production running safely and efficiently. Experience Required

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Confident fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and/or electrical systems
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
• 18th Edition certification advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising engineers
• Flexible, organised, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
