This will be an exciting opportunity to gain experience working with experienced, supportive large legal services team. This will be an ongoing contract, likely to be long term. The duties of the successful Locum Property Lawyer will include; Dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property matters Handing complex property matters Leaseholds, licenses, easements, surrenders Providing legal advice where required Working closely with senior management and stakeholders The benefits of the succesful Locum Property Lawyer will include; Flexible working Remote working Long term contract Varied caseload Competitive hourly rates Our client is ideally looking for someone with previous experience dealing with commercial property cases in the public sector.
