Finance Business Partner

An established and growing organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving insight, value creation, and continuous improvement across the business. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to a senior finance leader, with responsibility for translating complex financial data into clear, commercial insight to support decision-making at all levels.

Please note the position is office based but there is flexibility around working hours that is a great bonus!

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering accurate, timely management information, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Owning and improving financial processes relating to projects, work in progress, and investment
• Supporting month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
• Analysing variances and trends, and clearly communicating insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects and business initiatives
• Supporting strong financial control, compliance, and audit processes

About You

• CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, or working towards a qualification
• Strong financial analysis and reporting expertise
• High commercial acumen and a curious, hands-on approach
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced Excel capability and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to prioritise, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment
