/ ( ) £ , - £ , . . ?This business has doubled down on strong financial control, consistent profitability and continuous improvement - but now needs a Financial Controller to drive the next phase.You'll work closely with an experienced Finance Director who wants someone capable of thinking independently, improving systems, and bringing commercial insight to the numbers. It's a visible role with exposure to senior decision-makers and genuine influence over how the business operates. : Full ownership of monthly management accounts and commentary Delivering insightful financial and client analysis to support business growth Oversight of VAT, payroll, and other financial compliance Ensuring adherence to specialist regulatory and client funds requirements Preparing draft budgets and supporting firmwide planning with the FD Managing, developing, and mentoring an established team of eight Driving continuous improvement across reporting and systems Acting as a key link between finance and senior leadership ' : Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3-5+ years PQE Proven experience in financial analysis, commercial insight and team leadership Able to improve processes and think commercially, not just technically Tech-minded with an interest in digital and process improvement Confident working with senior stakeholders ' : £60,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE Hybrid working (Bradford base, one day a week in Leeds, one from home) Private Healthcare, enhanced maternity/paternity, travel discounts Bupa, matched pension up to 7%, on-site parking, staff reward schemeThis is a genuinely profitable, stable, and ambitious organisation - somewhere you'll have visibility, trust, and the autonomy to make things better.If you're ready to lead, improve, and shape the future of a high-performing finance function, get in touch.
