Halliday Marx have partnered with an exceptional professional services firm to hire an elite Interim FP&A human for 12 months.
Hybrid working, offices Central London
Responsibilities
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
- Detailed analysis of utilisation, recovery rates, chargeability and productivity
- Revenue and margin analysis based on billed hours and fee income
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and challenge
- Headcount planning and cost modelling
- KPI reporting for partners and leadership teams
- Supporting pricing, resourcing and capacity planning decisions
- Improving FP&A models, reporting packs and forecasting accuracy
- Ad-hoc commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- 2 years+ FP&A work experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Immediately Available
