About You
We are looking for an exceptional Manager for our Children's Home in Powys that has an onsite school, to lead the Intake and Assessment of Children that are in our care. Currently home to four young people with complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, as a result of adverse childhood experiences.
Children come to this home for six to nine months whilst you work with a Clinical team to assess their care, clinical and education needs. All of the Greenfields team work together to create an environment where children grow and thrive in reaching their full potential, as they embark on a pathway to a brighter future.

Entry salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
Welcome bonus £5,000 paid on registration
£10,000 annual bonus for achieving budget and quality measures, with an additional £2,500 for achieving budget and an excellent rating with CIW
