We're collaborating with an established insurance broker seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to support their Account Executives. In this role, you'll engage with commercial insurance clients and prospects, building relationships and booking high-quality appointments for the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to commercial clients and prospects

  • Identifying opportunities and qualifying leads

  • Scheduling appointments for Account Executives

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

About you:

  • Experience in commercial insurance lead generation or a similar role is essential

  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

  • Motivated, organised, and target-driven

  • Keen to develop your skills and progress
