At Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions, we're looking for an Aftercare Manager to join our Technical team, helping customers recognise us as a trusted technical expert and primary point of accountability for product-related aftercare.
This is to ensure a consistent, progressional and market-leading aftercare service that supports customers, protects the brand and aligns with the Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions standards. It will oversee the management of customer complaints, providing technical support and represents the business within relevant trade bodies.
This is a full-time role based at either our Flitwick or Telford offices.
