• Talent engagement, marketing and brand-building
• Sales, business development and account management
• Lead generation, data cultivation and pipeline ownership
• Sourcing, attracting, influencing and negotiating with candidates
• Search & selection, CV sourcing and headhunting
• Interviewing and candidate assessment
• Advert writing and social media management
• Working to clear KPIs that drive your success
• Consulting, problem-solving and delivering a premium service

This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to build something meaningful.

You'll excel here if you have:

• A strong background in sales or recruitment
