This role sits within Client & Transaction Services and is responsible for delivering high-quality client service across Supply Chain Finance and Forfaiting products. The role supports corporate clients and Relationship Managers by executing transactions efficiently, ensuring strong risk control and regulatory compliance, and coordinating across internal teams.

Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Finance & Forfaiting

Reports to: Team Lead - Supply Chain Finance & Forfaiting

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day enquiries and transactions
• Support Relationship Managers and Product teams with execution of Supply Chain Finance and Forfaiting facilities
• Coordinate end-to-end transaction delivery, including onboarding, documentation, utilisation, and ongoing servicing
• Work closely with Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Financial Crime teams to ensure controlled execution
• Support structuring and documentation of new facilities and amendments
• Monitor and escalate operational, credit, or compliance issues as required
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records and support service quality improvements

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in wholesale banking, with exposure to Supply Chain Finance and/or Forfaiting
• Strong transaction execution and client servicing skills
• Understanding of credit processes, documentation, and governance requirements
• Experience with client onboarding and CDD / KYC coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
